Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. So the actual stock may change at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks when you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
